Emphasis on the Accompaniment

Turning Traditional Thinking Upside Down

Right from the beginning, you'll learn to play simple chords with the left hand. This is important for several reasons:

For one thing, by focusing on the left hand accompaniment, you'll develop a solid foundation for the melody that the right hand is playing above it.Within a very short time, you'll learn to play predictable patterns with your left hand using the notes in the these chords.

Learning to play several songs in this way, you'll develop more hand independence and increase the number of chords you know.

You'll find yourself much more motivated to practice than if you were playing lots of scales and exercises. Before you know it, you'll be playing songs much more expressively and this is extremely fulfilling.
